 Every year, several of us sit down and ask the question “What can we do to make doing business with us easier?” Several big things have come from these discussions. We made the decision to go paperless. Now we can pull a file in the matter of seconds not minutes (or sometimes hours). We made the decision to purchase and implement a new accounting system. We made a conscious push towards email rather than faxing. This year, our changes center around you, the agent. What if we could take our most simple classes of business and put them on the web? That way, you could get a rate in the matter of seconds – any time of day or night. What if we could then help you complete the application with the information you’ve already provided? We think that we’ve done that and more with our online classes of business. To try it, just click on the ARGENIA ONLINE link on the left of the page. You will find that we have a few classes of business available and more to come. For our Florida and Alabama agents, we have teamed up with USLI to offer several of their most popular products. Obviously, there are some classes of business that we just can’t put on the web. I don’t think you’ll find a multiple unit trucking quote on there any time soon. But, it’s our hope that by offering the simple classes on the web, we can free up more time to help you with the complicated quotes. I’d love to know what you think!
