If you are an insured looking for coverage...Please note - Argenia can only write business for licensed insurance agents. We do not sell insurance directly to insureds. You must first contact a local agent in order to purchase insurance from Argenia.

How do I become appointed to do business with Argenia?
Please fill out a brokerage agreement and forward a copy of your license for the states which you are applying and a copy of your E&O.
How do I obtain a quote?
There are three ways to obtain a quote:
  1. Call 1-800-482-5968 and the receptionist will connect you to an underwriter.
  2. Fax or email an application
  3. Try our online quoting if it is available.
How do I bind coverage?
Coverage may be bound by Fax (501-227-8105), or bound by E-Mail to the underwriter who gave you a quote. Please include a copy of the payment, as the agent is responsible for the down payment itself.
Do I have binding authority?
No. Please note we must receive a Fax or E-Mail to bind coverage.
Do you offer Installment billing?
Yes. No paperwork for you or the insured. We will handle billing the insured each month after you collect the down payment. Installment billing quotes are available here
How do you pay Commissions?
Each month we will send out a statement showing each piece written and commissions paid along with your commission check.
How do I cancel a policy?
We will need a Cancellation Request/Lost Policy Release signed by the insured and Lienholder, Mortgagee or Loss Payee, if any.
How do I report a claim?
Please fill out a loss notice and Fax to (501-227-8105). Loss notices for all types of businesses are available at the bottom of each state application page.
What types of Business do you write?
Please visit our "Classes of Business" page. If you do not see a particular class listed, please feel free to give us a call and we will see if we can locate a market.
How long is the "grace period" for renewals?
There is no "grace period" period for any of the companies that we represent. Argenia must be notified of the intent to renew by 12:01 AM on the expiration date in order to renew the policy without a lapse.
